qantas passengers can not expect that their pre purchased confirmed allotted seats will be available upon departure despite paying a THOUSAND extra!! I have been waiting for 3 weeks for any explanation from anyone as to how my 5 long haul international booked seats could be transferred to other passengers. easy There was a mistake called 6 hours after original booking waited on hold 2 hours and no answer, Had to go to a meeting. Called the following day on hold 2 hours phone went flat. Husband drives to airport to speak to an actual person, told I can't help you you have to call reservations! Umm have you tried ? I have currently been on hold with the number 131313 for 120minutes, yes not 20 minutes, 100 and 20 minutes! THAT's 2 HOURS! I can't even contact a complaints department to tell them about my appaling experience as its the same number!
